1. Order Processing Time

  1. Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  2. Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We’ll notify you if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

  1. Domestic (Somalia): We ship anywhere within Somalia, including major cities and remote regions.
  2. International: We currently ship to select countries in East Africa. If you’re outside our standard zones, please contact us for a shipping quote.

4. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
  2. You can also view tracking status in your account under “My Orders.”

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues may occur; we appreciate your patience and will assist with any inquiries.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  1. Domestic Orders: No additional fees.
  2. International Orders: Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  1. Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents, then email us at shipping@bilaal.so within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  2. Lost Packages: If tracking shows a delivery exception or your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

8. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  1. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  2. Before Shipment: Contact orders@bilaal.so immediately to update your address.
  3. After Shipment: We may incur additional fees to reroute or redirect packages. Any extra charges will be billed to you.

9. Multiple-Item Orders

  1. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately based on availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
