Cancellation Policy

At Bilaal Business Trade (operated by Bilaal Business Group), we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the terms below.

1. Cancellation Window

1. Standard Orders: You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet shipped.
2. Pre-Order or Back-Order Items: You may cancel up until the shipping date is confirmed.

2. How to Cancel

1. Email us at orders@bilaal.so with your order number, name, and a brief note that you’d like to cancel.
2. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 1 business day.
3. If your order is still in “Processing” status, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping-In‐Progress or Shipped Orders

1. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. You may refuse delivery or follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

4. Cancellation Fees

1. No fee for cancellations made within the 24-hour window and prior to shipment.
2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply if you cancel after the item has entered fulfillment (but before shipment), to cover handling costs.

5. Prepaid vs. Cash-on-Delivery

1. Prepaid Orders: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
2. Cash-on-Delivery Orders: No payment will be collected if the order is cancelled before shipment. If delivery is refused, standard return refiunds apply per our Return Policy.

6. Partial Cancellations

1. You may cancel part of your order (e.g., one item from a multi-item purchase) if none of the items have shipped.
2. Submit a single email listing the specific items you wish to cancel; we’ll confirm which items remain and which are cancelled.

7. Late or Unacknowledged Cancellations

1. If you miss the 24-hour window and still wish to cancel, you must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return per our Return Policy.
2. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 1 business day, please follow up or call us to ensure your request is processed.
