Refund Policy

At Bilaal Business Trade (operated by Bilaal Business Group), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  2. Custom or personalized items
  3. Digital products (e-books, software downloads) once delivered
  4. Health & personal care items once opened

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us: Send your order number, item name/ID, and reason for refund to refunds@bilaal.so.
  2. Receive Confirmation: We’ll reply within 2 business days with your refund authorization and next steps.
  3. Return Shipment (if applicable):
  4. For physical goods, ship the item back following the instructions in our confirmation email.
  5. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number.

4. Refund Processing Time

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (for example):

  1. Items returned in a used or damaged condition beyond normal handling.
  2. Missing parts or tags.

6. Shipping Costs & Deductions

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the cost of return shipping and will refund any original shipping charges.
  2. Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

  1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing orders@bilaal.so.
  2. Cancellations after this window are handled under the Refund Policy once the item has shipped or been delivered.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take additional processing time.
  3. Email us at refunds@bilaal.so for further assistance.
